It’s very simple, they don’t have time to listen sales stories and not at all interested in what you are and what your company deals with. All they want is how their business problems can be solved. Most of the sales people fail to understand that and keeps giving excuses that the decision makers are not listening to you. If they are not willing to listen you, you make them listen to you as you are here to help him. You should be contacting them with full preparations and must posses some things which will hold them to listen to you and call you by themselves only for buying solutions from you.
